Reunion Dates are set: June 11 – 15, 2008

We have a proposed contract with the Hyatt Regency Hotel (downtown Tampa) & your 2008 Reunion Committee will meet with the hotel staff in the near future to iron out the details. Agenda for the reunion should be as shown below if we can get our facilities reservations confirmed. One thing that we are considering adding is a “no host cocktail hour” at the hotel for our members that were assigned to the original CSE.

We plan to have online signup for reunion events that can be payed via “PayPal.” Reservations at the host hotel must be made directly with the hotel. Rates, phone numbers & additional hotel information will be posted here as soon as we get the contract signed.
The Association is encouraging everyone to consider staying at the host hotel for as many nights as your budget will allow because we will have a contracted number of hotel nights that the association is obligated for.

Day 1 – Wednesday – Registration – Hang out in Hospitality Room
Day 2 – Thursday (morning) – Golf Outing @ the MacDill AFB Golf Course
Day 2 – Thursday (late afternoon) “No Host” Cocktail for original CSE @ Host Hotel
Day 3 – Friday Morning – Visit JCSE & receive briefings & view displays
Day 3 – Friday Afternoon – Picnic @ Coon’s Creek Facility on MacDill AFB
Day 4 – Saturday Morning – General Membership Meeting @ Host Hotel
Day 4 – Saturday Evening – Dining Out with Greater JCSE
Day 5 – Sunday Morning – Farewell Breakfast
